Data Retention Policy

Raids App exists to help you document immigration raids and respond to notices with confidence. This page explains, in plain terms, how long we keep the different kinds of data your account contains and why.

Recordings, photos, and documents

Video and audio recordings, photos, and uploaded documents are kept for as long as your account stays active. This is the core purpose of the service — your evidence needs to remain available to you and your legal representatives.

Raw upload segments from offline (no-signal) recordings are kept as a safety copy after the recording is assembled, then automatically deleted after 3 months, once we're confident the finished recording no longer needs to be rebuilt from them.

Account and profile data

Your name, email, company details, and login credentials are kept for as long as your account is active.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion at any time, whether or not you're able to log in. Once you confirm the request, your account stays fully usable until your current subscription ends. After that, we'll email you a final notice with a 1-month grace period and a link to cancel, in case you change your mind.

When the grace period ends:

Payment records

Payment and billing records are the one exception: they are retained for 7 years after your account is anonymized, and are not affected by an account-deletion request. This applies to clients, team members, suppliers, and contractors alike. We keep this data to meet our statutory bookkeeping and tax obligations — after the 7-year period elapses, these records are permanently and automatically deleted.

If you have questions about this policy or want to request deletion of your account, contact us or use the account deletion page linked from the login screen.
